Five major courses help employees improve comprehensively

  In January 2026, Hunan Zhaofeng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. carried out a series of systematic and professional internal training programs, covering five core areas: 6S management, safety production and fire prevention, ISO9001 system, tool and instrument operation and maintenance, and product process flow, comprehensively enhancing employees' overall quality and laying a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development.

1. 6S Management Training: Creating a Standardized Work Environment

  One of the key topics of this month's training is 6S on-site management training. 6S includes Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety, and is the cornerstone for modern enterprises to achieve refined management.

  The training covered both theoretical explanations and practical exercises, elaborating on the core principles of 6S management. The Sort phase teaches employees to distinguish between necessary and unnecessary items; the Set in Order phase emphasizes positioning and placing items in fixed quantities; the Shine phase focuses on eliminating sources of contamination; the Standardize phase normalizes the results of the first three S’s; the Sustain phase cultivates good work habits among employees; and the Safety phase ensures a hazard-free work environment.

  "Through 6S training, the efficiency in our work area has increased by about 30%, and the time spent looking for tools has been greatly reduced," a production workshop employee commented.

2. Safety Production and Firefighting Training: Strengthening the Lifeline of the Enterprise

  Safety production training has always been a top priority in the company's training system. This month's training, tailored to the company's actual situation, focused on identifying workplace hazards, safe operating procedures, and emergency accident handling.

  During the firefighting training session, the safety officer demonstrated the correct use of equipment such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants on-site and organized hands-on practice for employees. The training also specifically emphasized precautions for electrical safety in winter to prevent accidents before they happen.

  A newly hired employee remarked with deep feeling, "Safety is not just a slogan, but a responsibility. This training has made me understand more clearly that everyone is responsible for safety production and that it must start with attention to detail."

3. ISO9001 System Training: Standardized Quality Management

  This month, ISO9001 quality management system training focused primarily on production-related procedures, documents, and records management. The trainer provided a detailed explanation of the structure and hierarchy of the system documents, including the quality manual, procedure documents, work instructions, and quality records.

  Through case studies, employees learned how procedure documents guide actual work and the importance of accurately completing quality records. The concept of 'write what you do, do what you write, record what you do' has been deeply instilled, providing strong assurance for product quality consistency.

4. Professional Training for Tools and Instruments: Improving Equipment Management Levels

  Training for tools and instruments covers three main modules: the working principles of the equipment, operational precautions, and daily maintenance. The training combines theory with hands-on practice, enabling employees not only to know what to do but also to understand why.

  From multimeters to spectrometers, from hipot testers to medical leakage testers, and from chip mounters to wire bonders, the training provides specialized instruction for the tools and instruments used in different positions. The 'Three Understandings and Four Abilities'—understand performance, understand principles, understand structure, be able to use, be able to maintain, be able to inspect, be able to troubleshoot—becomes the basic requirement for every equipment operator.

5. In-Depth Product Process Training: Strengthening Quality Control Capabilities

  As the highlight of this month's training sessions, the product-focused training provided an in-depth explanation of the product's process flow, structural components, and key quality control points during production.

  The training allowed employees to visually understand the internal structure of the products through hands-on examination of physical samples, and clarified critical control points in each process by analyzing historical quality data. The "Three No's Principle"—Do not accept, do not produce, and do not pass on non-conforming products—has become a common standard on the production line.

  The training has proven highly effective, and employees have gained a lot.  

  This series of training sessions employed an assessment mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of the training. Participants generally reported that the training content was highly practical, closely linked to their actual work, and addressed many of the everyday challenges they face.  

  Through this systematic training, the goal is to build a team of employees who understand safety, possess professional skills, and are adept at management, providing talent assurance for the company's sustainable development.
