A record of the efficient operation of the hardware processing workshop

Hunan Mplent Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. mainly produces medical devices such as surgical shadowless lamps, examination lamps, and LED x-ray film viewer. The production of shadowless lamps requires a lot of hardware components. Our hardware processing workshop is located in the second building of the factory, a few hundred square meters of workshop, with a height of six or seven meters, filled with various machines and materials. This is the birthplace of the entire shadowless lamp's "skeleton" - aluminum alloy lamp arms, joints, stainless steel fasteners, and dozens of other hardware components. These are being individually polished and shaped through the collaboration of CNC equipment and manual labor.

Amid the roar of the machines, two colleagues are discussing the first piece of the joint that has just been drilled with screws. They are verifying through various methods such as checking the drawings and using screws matching.

Some colleagues are polishing the burrs on the cut ends of the stainless steel pipes, and colleagues from the R&D department are using level gauges and level rulers to make fixtures to ensure that the horizontal and vertical values are in line with the requirements.

The entire workshop is a symphony of automation and artisan spirit - the light on the screen of the CNC equipment reflects the handwritten annotations on the process cards, and the oily labor protection gloves and the shiny measuring tools jointly ensure the reliability of each hardware component. These seemingly cold metal parts will eventually become precise joints that protect the light of life on the shadowless lamps.
